Artist Bio
Sylvia Hernandez-DiStasi
(Bio as of January 2024)
Sylvia Hernandez-DiStasi, she her (Aerial Consultant) is a co-founder and Artistic Director of The Actors Gymnasium. Goodman credits include The Who’s Tommy, Notebooks of Leonardo Da Vinci and The Magic Play. She is an ensemble member of the Tony Award-winning Lookingglass Theatre Company, where she regularly serves as aerial choreographer for shows such as Lookingglass Alice, Moby Dick and Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein. Sylvia is the recipient of six Joseph Jefferson Awards and the 3Arts Award for Design (2014). sylvia@actorsgymnasium.org
