Theater artists utilize a host of skills in their day-to-day life, including executive presence, written and oral communication and storytelling, collaboration, and teamwork, and IDEAA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Anti-Racism, and Access) practice. Leveraging its expertise, the Goodman is proud to host full- and half-day trainings lead by nationally recognized teachers and facilitators. In addition to offering professional development for employees, these workshops also create an opportunity to build team cohesion in a novel way.
