ACCCESSIBILITY
The Goodman Theatre is accessible to all. In addition to accessible seating options, services offered include Open Captioned performances, ASL Interpreted performances and Audio Described performances. Visit GoodmanTheatre.org/Access for more information.
DRINKING FOUNTAINS
Drinking fountains are located in the central lobby near the coat check, and in the upper central lobby near the elevator. Due to health and safety protocols, drinking fountains are currently only available as water bottle filling stations. Complementary cups are provided.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates for Goodman productions may be purchased in any denomination and redeemed for single tickets or used towards a subscription. For more information, call the box office at 312.443.3800.
GIFT SHOP
The Goodman’s gift shop located in the lower lobby near the main entrance, and features an array of t-shirts, scripts and other gift items. Goodman Members receive a 15% discount with their Goodman member card. Merchandise can also be purchased online via our Online Gift Shop!
LOST AND FOUND
Lost and found is located at the security desk near the main entrance. Items are held for 30 days after being reported or found.
ON-SITE EMERGENCIES
For an emergency while attending Goodman Theatre, contact house management.
OFF-SITE EMERGENCIES
When leaving a telephone number for a babysitter or relative, give the Goodman’s emergency phone number, 312.443.5555, as well as your seat locations and the name under which your tickets are held.
ACCOMMODATION OF LATECOMERS
Goodman patrons who arrive late will be seated at the discretion of the house manager. Until they are seated, latecomers may watch the production in progress on the monitor in the lower lobby. Latecomers may not be seated in their assigned seats until intermission.
