Austin Tichenor

Austin Tichenor* he/him (Ebenezer Scrooge Alternate) Chicago: Book of Will (Northlight); In The Garden (Lookingglass); Merchant of Venice (Back Room Shakes). As artistic director of Reduced Shakespeare Company, he’s acted off-Broadway, in London’s West End, and on PBS in Complete Works of Shakespeare (abridged). Other TV include 24; Ally McBeal; Felicity; Gilmore Girls; Chicago Med; X-Files and The West Wing. Tichenor is co-author of Pop-Up Shakespeare and hosts the Reduced Shakespeare Company Podcast, the world’s longest-running theater podcast. @austintichenor
