Stephen Louis Grush most recently appeared at the Goodman in The Seagull during the 2010/2011 Season. His previous Goodman credits include A True History of the Johnstown Flood, Oedipus Complex and Pericles. His recent Chicago credits include Sex with Strangers, The Tempest, Dublin Carol, Good Boys and True and Last of the Boys at Steppenwolf Theatre Company; topdog/underdog with Congo Square Theatre Company; True West at American Theater Company; and Cymbeline and Short Shakespeare! Romeo and Juliet at Chicago Shakespeare Theater. His recent regional credits include Antony and Cleopatra and Romeo and Juliet at Colorado Shakespeare Festival and Macbeth, Twelfth Night and Henry VIII at Illinois Shakespeare Festival. Mr. Grush’s recent film and television credits include Starting Under (Mohawk Productions/Warner Brothers), Lac Du Flambo (Standing Passengers), The Express (Universal Pictures), Lifeguard (Cinemapath Pictures) and Detroit 187 (ABC). Mr. Grush is a graduate of the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University, where he received his BFA. He is the Founding Artistic Director of XIII Pocket, a Chicago-based multimedia company focused on the development of original works.
