Martin Pakledinaz (1953-2012) collaborated with the Goodman on The Trip to Bountiful, Finishing the Picture, Ghost on Fire and Pal Joey. His New York credits included Is He Dead?; Grease; Gypsy (Encores and Broadway production starring Patti LuPone); The Pirate Queen; The Pajama Game; The Trip to Bountiful (Lucille Lortell Award nomination); Thoroughly Modern Millie; Wonderful Town; Kiss Me, Kate; Golden Child; The Wild Party (by Andrew Lippa); The Diary of Anne Frank; The Life and others. International opera credits included Rodelinda (The Metropolitan Opera), Tristan and Isolde (directed by Peter Sellars for Opéra national de Paris) and lphigénie en Tauride (Seattle Opera and the Metropolitan Opera). His dance credits included work with Mark Morris, including Mozart Dances (Mostly Mozart) and Christopher Wheeldon's The Nightingale and The Rose (New York City Ballet), as well as dance at San Francisco Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet and Boston Ballet. Mr. Pakledinaz's won two Tony Awards, the Drama Desk Award, an Obie Award, a Lucille Lortel Award and others.
