Artist Bio
Katie Jeep
(Bio as of November 2010)
Katie Jeep most recently appeared at the Goodman in A Christmas Carol during the 2010/2011 Season. She is the managing director of Route 66 Theatre Company, where she most recently appeared in High Fidelity. Other Chicago credits include Much Ado About Nothing at Oak Park Festival Theatre; Oklahoma! at American Theater Company; Ruthless! The Musical at Noble Fool Theatricals; Lady Madeline at Steppenwolf Theatre Company; Queen Lucia: A Musical Romp at Lifeline Theatre; the National Endowment for the Arts touring production of Romeo and Juliet at Chicago Shakespeare Theater; Citrus and Psyche with New Theater Collective; Angus, Thongs, and Full-Frontal Snogging at the Griffin Theatre Company; To Kill a Mockingbird and South Pacific at Metropolis Performing Arts Centre; and work with Writers’ Theatre, Victory Gardens Theater, Imagination Theater, Provision Theater Company and The Shakespeare Project of Chicago. Film credits include the upcoming independent films ’77 and The Genesis Code. Ms. Jeep is a graduate of The Theatre School at DePaul University and the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London.
