Goodman Theatre’s current Pulitzer-prize-winning play, English by Sanaz Toossi, directed by Hamid Dehghani, has been extended by popular demand through June 16 and is an all-around hit! When you come to see English, don’t forget to stop by Goodman’s bar for some Persian-inspired cocktails and to provide community support.
20% of net sales for specialty drinks–the Pomegranate Fizz and the Summer School–will go to Chicago Persian School! These are mocktails with a cocktail option available if desired.

Through the run of our last show, Joe Turner’s Come and Gone, we raised $1,167.62 in bar proceeds toward Deeply Rooted Dance Theater.
So far this season, we’ve raised $8,995.93 in community support for various organizations. This is all thanks to our wonderful Bar Manager, Oonagh Kelly, along with our lovely patrons enjoying these drinks while paying it forward.
