You can access your performance dates and times anytime online in your “Account Overview” area by logging in at GoodmanTheatre.org/Login. Please call Member Services (312.443.3810) if you have difficulty accessing your account.
TICKET DELIVERY
Member tickets will be delivered via email from Orders@GoodmanTheatre.org three weeks before the run of a play to the email associated with your membership account. You’ll receive a text message after tickets are sent confirming delivery if we have a mobile number on record.

Ticket exchanges are free, but upgrade charges apply if exchanging into a higher-priced performance.
• When possible, we ask that you make any exchange requests in advance so that seats can be utilized for other patrons.
• If you missed a performance, a standby ticket may be scheduled. Standby seating is subject to availability on the new performance date you arrange. Please call Member Services as soon as possible after missing a show to request Standby.
• If you are unable to attend a performance and would like to donate your tickets, contact Member Services. Ticket donations are tax-deductible and receipts are issued in January for the tax year.

PURCHASING ADDITIONAL TICKETS
NEW FOR 2023/2024: Classic Members can purchase additional single tickets for 50% off for shows in your membership for family and friends!
Simply book the tickets online for your preferred show, date and time—when you log in during the purchase process the discount will automatically be applied. You can also call Member Services at any time to book your 50% additional tickets.
Choice Members also save 15% on all performances of A Christmas Carol. Use promo code ACC15 to access your discount.
RESERVING SPACE IN THE GOODMAN LOUNGE
All Classic Members can join us in the private Goodman Lounge before your performance up to two times a year! Emails will be sent soon after you receive your member tickets for each production with a link to reserve. Space is limited and a reservation is required.

PARKING INFORMATION Goodman Theatre is centrally located in Chicago’s Loop at 170 North Dearborn Street, close to major highways and Jean-Baptiste Pointe DuSable Lake Shore Drive and is accessible from the Red, Brown, Blue and Purple trains as well as many CTA bus routes.

Parking passes for the 2023/2024 Season are completely flexible. You can purchase as many as you need and use them for any performance date during the season, including exchanged performance dates. PATRON SERVICES AND AMENITIES ACCOMMODATION OF LATECOMERS
To minimize disruption, Goodman patrons who arrive late will be seated at the discretion of the house manager. Please be aware that latecomers may be offered alternate seats or be asked to wait until intermission to enter.
ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES
Seating for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility is available, in addition to a front entrance with automatic doors, elevators, wheelchair transport to and from seating and accessible restrooms.
Assistive listening devices, including t-coil compatible neck loops, and noise-reducing headphones are available at Guest Services (must leave ID in exchange for the device during your performance). Braille and large print programs may also be obtained at Guest Services free of charge.
