Artist Bio
Sandra Marquez

Sandra Marquez most recently appeared at the Goodman in The Happiest Song Plays Last during the 2012/2013 Season. Additional Goodman credits include Boleros for the Disenchanted, Mariela in the Desert and Electricidad. Other Chicago credits include Mojada at Victory Gardens Theater; The Motherfu**er with the Hat, Sonia Flew, One Arm and A Streetcar Named Desire at Steppenwolf Theatre Company and the Teatro Vista and Rivendell Theatre Ensemble co-productions of 26 Miles and Living Out, both of which she received Jeff nominations for. Ms. Marquez directed the Jeff-nominated production of Tanya Saracho’s Our Lady of the Underpass at Teatro Vista, where she is a long-time ensemble member. Television and film credits include Prison Break, The Big Bang Theory, Boss, The Chicago Code and Timer. She has been on the faculty at Northwestern University since 1995 where she teaches in the Theatre Department.
