Mitchell Shaw (Concessions Coordinator) is a hospitality and operations leader with 10+ years in food and beverage service and 4+ years in bar management. He is responsible for developing and running full-scale concessions programs for The Goodman’s theatrical performances and special events. Shaw has proven success in vendor management, staff training, budgeting, and community partnerships.
