Artist Bio
Matthew Heffernan
(Bio as of November 2008)
Matthew Heffernan most recently appeared at the Goodman in A Christmas Carol during the 2008/2009 Season. He returns to the Goodman where he last appeared as an understudy for the role of Israel Baline in Turn of the Century. Other Goodman credits include Turkey Boy/Pratt/Ignorance in two seasons of A Christmas Carol. Mr. Heffernan was a member of the 2008 Junior Orchestra at Interlochen Arts Camp in Interlochen, Michigan, and has studied classical violin for eight years with Domnica Lungu. He was also featured as Young Nelson in the film Let’s Go to Prison with Will Arnett, directed by Bob Odenkirk. Other credits include roles in an MTV video produced by MotivFilms for the band Hawthorne Heights and a Mastercard commercial with Peyton Manning.
