Artist Bio
Joel Hatch
(Bio as of May 2007)
Joel Hatch most recently appeared at the Goodman in Oedipus Complex during the 2006/2007 Season. Other Goodman credits include Simonides in Pericles and Teddy in House and Garden in both the Albert and Owen Theaters. Other Chicago credits include Maurice in Another Part of the Forest; Colin in Benefactors; Doc Gibbs in Our Town; Gal in Rough Crossing and Lord Summerhays in Misalliance at Writers’ Theatre; Mr. Page in The Merry Wives of Windsor and Bottom in A Midsummer Night’s Dream both at Chicago Shakespeare Theater; The Judge in The Chalk Garden at Northlight Theatre; and Adolph in The Last Night of Ballyhoo at Mercury Theatre. Off-Broadway he played Simon in Annie Warbucks; he was Windy in Showboat at the Auditorium Theatre and the National Tour; Maurice in the National Tour of Beauty and the Beast; and in the ensemble of Ragtime at the Oriental Theatre. On film he was the Priest in While You Were Sleeping and appeared in two recent episodes of Prison Break as Judge Kessler.
