Gabriela Furtado Coutinho (US Jenni/US Ybon/US Trujillo Woman) is thrilled to make her Goodman Theatre debut. Acting credits include Serafina in No One Cares (About You) (CLATA); The Mother in Blood Wedding, Odessa in Water by the Spoonful (Wirtz); Lexi in Hookman (Northwestern). Other: Circus Quixote dramaturg (Lookingglass); immersive Much Ado About Nothing director (Northwestern); The Bloody Bricks and Blows of American Dream High playwright (Northwestern). She has also worked with The Kennedy Center and Emmy’s in new work development and education. By day, she’s digital editor of American Theatre and lectures at Northwestern.
