Artist Bio
Christine Adaire
(Bio as of February 2010)
Christine Adaire most recently collaborated with the Goodman on Chinglish during the 2010/2011 Season. Ms. Adaire’s other Goodman Theatre credits include Animal Crackers, Ghostwritten, Talking Pictures, The Actor, Blind Date and Floyd and Clea Under the Western Sky. Her Chicago credits include 20 productions at Chicago Shakespeare Theater including The Comedy of Errors, The Two Noble Kinsmen, Romeo and Juliet, A Flea in Her Ear and Troilus and Cressida. Other Chicago credits include Life is a Dream and The Iphigenia Cycle at Court Theatre, Ski Dubai at Steppenwolf Theatre Company and Oliver and Brigadoon at Marriott Lincolnshire Theatre. Ms. Adaire’s regional credits include work at Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Theatre for a New Audience, Shakespeare & Company and Shakespeare Santa Cruz. Ms. Adaire’s national tours include the Broadway tour of Mary Poppins.
