Artist Bio
Brian Herriott
(Bio as of September 2001)
Brian Herriott most recently appeared at the Goodman in The Visit during the 2001/2002 Season. At Drury Lane Oakbrook he has been seen as Billy in Carousel, Tony in West Side Story and James in Shenandoah. He has also been seen at Marriott Theatre in Lincolnshire as Woody Mahoney in Finian’s Rainbow, Hilary Trask in The New Yorkers, and as an Aggie Boy in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. Other productions at Marriott include Elmer Gantry, Guys & Dolls, and several children’s productions. Mr. Herriott worked for Disney Cruise Lines as a member of the inaugural cast of the MS Disney Wonder, which took him to Venice, Italy and throughout the Bahamas as well. He also spent a year portraying Enjolras, the student leader, in both the Broadway and third national tour productions of Les Miserables. He is a graduate of Illinois State University’s Theatre School, where he was awarded the Jean Scharfenberg Acting Award.
