Jack Magaw makes his Goodman Theatre debut. Recent Chicago credits include Joan of Arc (Chicago Opera Theater); The Mousetrap (Northlight Theatre) and Hedda Gabler (Writers Theatre). He has received eight Jeff Award nominations for his designs including The Caretaker (Writers Theatre); The Whipping Man (Northlight Theatre) and Disgraced (American Theatre Company). Mr. Magaw’s regional credits include Awake and Sing (Olney Theatre Center); A Raisin in the Sun (Milwaukee Repertory Theatre); Hank Williams: Lost Highway (Clarence Brown Theatre); Romeo and Juliet and When I Come to Die (Kansas City Repertory); The Who and the What (Lincoln Center Theater and La Jolla Playhouse) and And Then There Were None and Butler (Peninsula Players Theatre). Upcoming projects include Amadeus (Utah Shakespeare Festival) and The Diary of Anne Frank (Writers Theatre). He is married to director Kimberly Senior and teaches design at the Theatre School at DePaul University. JackMagaw.com
