- About the Goodman
Gordon Liao
GORDON LIAO (Scenemakers Board President) is an entrepreneur, investor, artist and native of Chicago. He is a co-founder of Modjule, LLC a private investment company focused in the retail space, investor and board member in Galaxy Technologies, and the founder of Cal-Snax International, a healthy snacks food company. Formerly, Gordon spent 15 years in the private equity industry, serving as a Principal at Baird Capital, Reliant Equity Investors and Wind Point Partners. Additionally, Gordon is President of the Goodman Theatre’s Scenemakers Board, a board member of The Chicago Sinfonietta and a co-founder of the Association of Asian American Investors (AAAIM). In his spare time, Gordon is a sometime artist as a produced playwright, poet and singer-songwriter. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
