Artist Bio
Yadira Correa

Yadira Correa returns to Goodman Theatre, where she previously appeared in The Happiest Song Plays Last and Massacre (Sing to Your Children). Chicago credits include The Late Henry Moss (The Artistic Home); Water by the Spoonful (Court Theatre); Blacula: Young, Black and Undead (Pegasus Players); The Comedy of Errors in the Parks (Chicago Shakespeare Theater); Romeo and Juliet (Teatro Vista); The Motherfucker with the Hat (Steppenwolf Theatre Company); Enfrascada (Renaissance Theaterworks and 16th Street Theater); The Ghost is Here (Vitalist Theatre); Mala Hierba (Ignition Fest 2010 at Victory Gardens Theater and Super Lab Workshop at New York’s Playwrights Horizons) and Lunatic(a)s, We’ll Show You Crazy, MACHOS and S-E-X-oh! (Teatro Luna). She received a Jeff Award for Best Ensemble for MACHOS. Ms. Correa also recently appeared at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in The Comedy of Errors. Film and web series credits include Head Over Heels, Caesar’s Rain, Dentally Challenged. Education includes programs through the Steppenwolf Theatre 2010 Summer School, The Artistic Home, The Second City and Chicago Shakespeare Theater.
