Artist Bio
Thomas Sadoski
Thomas Sadoski is an award-winning stage and screen actor and human rights activist. A 20-year veteran of the theatre he most recently starred in the acclaimed revival of Alice Childress’ Wedding Band at TFANA and premiere of Suzan Lori-Parks’ White Noise at The Public. His Broadway credits include Other Desert Cities, Reasons to Be Pretty, The House of Blue Leaves and Reckless. His off-Broadway credits include This is Our Youth, Becky Shaw, Where We’re Born and over 20 others. On the big screen, he most recently starred opposite Patricia Clarkson in Lilly, the story of equal rights pioneer Lilly Ledbetter and alongside Glen Powell in the war epic Devotion. He notably starred opposite Reese Witherspoon in the Oscar-nominated Jean Marc Valle film Wild. On television he currently stars with Tom Holland and Amanda Seyfried in the Apple series The Crowded Room. He is best known for his work in the Aaron Sorkin HBO series The Newsroom and the CBS comedy Life in Pieces. He is the founding ambassador of the charitable organizations War Child USA, advisor for Fortify Rights, an emeritus board member of Refugees International, and is a board member of INARA, which provides life-saving medical treatment to children wounded in war.
