Artist Bio
Steve Bakunas
(Bio as of April 2002)
Steve Bakunas most recently appeared at the Goodman in Hollywood Arms during the 2001/2002 Season. Most recently, Mr. Bakunas was seen in Wilmington, North Carolina, as Bert Jefferson in The Man Who Came to Dinner at Opera House Theatre Company and as the Narrator in A Christmas Carol at the Theater Exchange. His many other regional theater appearances include, in Massachusetts, the title role in Picasso at the Lapin Agile at the Improv Asylum in Boston; R.P. McMurphy in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Tom Joad in The Grapes of Wrath, Sleuth, The Butcher’s Daughter, Harvey and Don Pedro in Much Ado About Nothing at the Academy Playhouse in Orleans; Medea and A Tale of Two Cities at Harwick Junior Theatre in Harwich; Noises Off and The Dining Room at Chatham Drama Guild, Chatham; Hurlyburly, Into the Woods, Three Guys Naked at Artistheater in Orleans; and in San Francisco as Bruce in Beyond Therapy at Plush Room, Rob in Chalk Bodies Talking at Absolute Theatre and Blue Window at Artrise Theater.
