Artist Bio
Scott Stangland
Scott Stangland makes his Goodman debut. Most recently, he appeared in the world premiere production of Eastland: A New Musical at Lookingglass Theatre company, where he played piano in the band and several roles onstage. Other Chicago credits include work with Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Remy Bumppo Theatre Company and Writers’ Theatre. Regionally, he has performed at the Michigan Shakespeare Festival and the Colorado Shakespeare Festival. He has appeared on film in Contagion and Men of Honor, and his television credits include Gifted Hands: The Ben Carson Story on TNT and Chicago Fire on NBC. He received his MFA in acting from the Theatre Conservatory at Roosevelt University.
