Artist Bio
Robin Weigert
ROBIN WEIGERT (Catherine) makes her Goodman Theatre debut. She has appeared on Broadway in Noises Off and Twelfth Night and off-Broadway in Angels in America (Signature Theatre); Madame Melville (Promenade Theatre, Drama Desk and Lucille Lortel Award nominations); Arms and the Man (Roundabout Theatre Company); A Place at the Table (MCC Theater); Pride’s Crossing (Lincoln Center Theater); Hamlet and The Seagull (Public Theater), Three Sisters (La MaMa E.T.C.) and Goodnight Children Everywhere (Playwrights Horizons). Regionally, she appeared in Other Desert Cities (Center Theatre Group); Portia Coughlan (McCarter Theatre Center); Voire Dire (Arena Stage/Long Wharf Theatre); Mad Forest (Berkshire Theatre Festival). Ms. Weigert received Emmy, Screen Actors Guild and Prism Award nominations for her work on Deadwood. Her many other television credits include Sons of Anarchy, Chicago Fire, American Horror Story: Asylum, A Gifted Man, Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice, Life, Cold Case, HawthoRNe, United States of Tara, ER, The Mentalist and Law & Order, among others. Her film credits include Concussion, The Sessions, The Undying, Cayman Went, My One and Only, The Private Lives of Pippa Lee, Synecdoche, New York, Things We Lost in the Fire, The Good German and Angles in America. She holds an MFA from New York University.
