Artist Bio
Richard Howard
(Bio as of February 2014)
Richard Howard makes his Goodman Theatre and Chicago debut. He appeared on Broadway in Execution of Justice and off-Broadway in Ten by Tennessee. Mr. Howard has been a company member at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival for the last 26 years, where he has played such leading roles as Romeo, Hamlet, Richard II, Pericles, Henry IV, Angelo in Measure for Measure, Shannon in The Night of the Iguana, Walter Griffin in Up, as well as roles in The Servant of Two Masters, Throne of Blood, Room Service, Noises Off, Pentecost, Arcadia, The Three Musketeers and others. Regionally he has worked at Arena Stage, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, The Arizona Theatre and several seasons as a company member at the Guthrie Theatre under Liviu Ciulei.
