Artist Bio
Penny Slusher
(Bio as of October 2012)
Penny Slusher makes her Goodman debut. Other Chicago credits include Sense And Sensibility and A Life (opposite John Mahoney) at Northlight Theatre; Uncle Vanya (After Dark Award), The Importance of Being Earnest and James Joyce’s “The Dead” at Court Theatre; Old Glory, Another Part of the Forest (Jeff Award), Bus Stop and The Subject Was Roses at Writers’ Theatre; Relatively Close at Victory Gardens Theater; Weekend at TimeLine Theatre Company and The Cider House Rules at Famous Door Theatre Company, among many others. Regional credits include My Fair Lady at Asolo Repertory Theatre and Sense and Sensibility at Actors Theatre of Louisville, and internationally she has appeared in August: Osage County with Steppenwolf Theatre Company at Sydney Theatre, Australia. She has appeared on film in Virginia, Meet the Browns and Grace Is Gone.
