Artist Bio
Nathan J. Lamp
(Bio as of January 2022)
Nathan J. Lamp (Assistant to the Director) makes their Goodman debut. They recently served as resident dramaturg for Music Theater Works’ 2021 season, which included Mamma Mia!, Ragtime and Billy Elliot. Other dramaturgy credits include Grand Concourse (Steppenwolf Theatre); Cosmic Events Are Upon Us (Waltzing Mechanics); Aunt Dan & Lemon and Angels in America (Washington University in St. Louis). Directing credits include Melancholy Play (Washington University) and Wit (Northwestern). Assistant directing credits include Tribes (St. Louis Actors’ Studio); Candide (Union Avenue Opera); Antígona Furiosa (Notre Dame); The Rocky Horror Show and Kiss (Washington University). Nathan is a PhD student in performance studies at Northwestern University.
