Artist Bio
Melanie Keller
(Bio as of October 2014)
Melanie Keller makes her Goodman Theatre debut. She is an artistic associate at First Folio Theatre and has appeared in Salvage, The Merchant of Venice, The Turn of the Screw, Design for Living and Private Lives, among others. She is also a member of Signal Ensemble, where she has appeared in East of Berlin and The Russian Play (Jeff Award for Best Actress), The Weir (Jeff nomination for Best Supporting Actress), She Stoops to Conquer, Landslide and Much Ado about Nothing. Other credits include Tom Jones and A Life at Northlight Theatre; Hamlet and King John (Chicago Shakespeare Theater), as well as productions with Peninsula Players, Shakespeare Project of Chicago, Next Theatre Company and Strawdog Theatre Company. Ms. Keller also recently appeared in Twelfth Night at both Lakeside Shakespeare Theatre and the Michigan Shakespeare Festival (Wilde Award nomination). She was also a Chicago Fellow at the Stratford Festival of Canada.
