Maureen Gallagher

Maureen Gallagher returns to the Goodman, where she previously appeared in The Winter’s Tale. Chicago credits include The Infidel and David Copperfield (Steppenwolf Theatre Company); Billy Elliot (Drury Lane Theatre); SS! Romeo and Juliet (Chicago Shakespeare Theater); Macbeth, Under Milkwood, The Misanthrope, Hedda Gabler, She Stoops to Conquer and Mrs. Warren’s Profession (Court Theatre); Mad Forest (Remains Theatre); The Cripple of Inishmaan (Northlight Theatre); The Belle of Amherst (Jeff Award), The Hitch-Hikers, King Lear and Translations (Body Politic Theatre) and The Birthday Party (Jeff Award Nomination) and Anna Christie (Apple Tree Theatre). Regional credits include All My Sons (Cardinal Stage Company) and Richard II, The Comedy of Errors, Cymbeline and Romeo and Juliet (Notre Dame Shakespeare Festival). Ms. Gallagher’s plays have been produced in Chciago, including Comrades Mine (City Lit Theatre) and Martin Furey’s Shot (TimeLine Theatre).
