Artist Bio
Matt Bowdren
(Bio as of May 2022)
Matt Bowdren (Butler) makes his Goodman Theatre debut. Chicago credits include TimeLine Theatre, The Story Theatre and Shakespeare Project of Chicago. Before relocating to Chicago, Matt spent five seasons as the Artistic Associate and Education Director for The Rogue Theatre, where he performed in over 30 productions including Hamlet; The Crucible and Waiting for Godot. Other regional credits include Arizona Theatre Company, Arizona Repertory Theatre, Southwest Shakespeare, Hudson Shakespeare, among others. Matt holds an MFA in Performance from The University of Georgia and is represented by DDO Chicago.
