Artist Bio
Louis Sallan
(Bio as of January 2023)
Louis Sallan (Dialect Coach) is an Iraqi American actor and dialect/language/acting coach who has a BA from Western Michigan University and an MFA from NYU Graduate Acting. He is thrilled to be back at the Goodman to be a part of Layalina once again. His most recent credits include Emma (The Guthrie, Mr. Elton); Layalina (Goodman, Yassir/Mazin); Romeo and Juliet (Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Tybalt); Oslo (Northern Stage, Hassan); The Invisible Hand (Cleveland Playhouse, Bashir); The Mecca Tales (The Sheen Center, Reza); The Strangest (New York Theatre Workshop, Nounu) and Oklahoma (Arrow Rock Lyceum, Ali Hakim).Television and film credits include Blue Bloods; The Blacklist; The Blacklist: Redemption and Madame Secretary.
