Artist Bio
Kim Martin-Cotten
(Bio as of April 2009)
Kim Martin-Cotten most recently appeared at the Goodman in Ghostwritten during the 2008/2009 Season. Her other Goodman credits include Goneril in Robert Falls’ production of King Lear. Her recent New York work includes the premiere of Mermaid by Ellen McLaughlin and the title role in Julius Caesar for The Guerrilla Shakespeare Project. She has worked on a wide range of regional stage projects and is a company member of Great River Shakespeare Project. Ms. Martin-Cotten has performed a variety of film and voiceover work and her recent directing credits include Death of a Salesman, Cabaret and Proof. She also assisted Anna Deavere Smith on House Arrest: First Edition at Arena Stage. Ms. Martin-Cotten is the author of the plays Entangled and Geniuses.
