Kevin Gudahl

Kevin Gudahl most recently appeared at the Goodman in Turn of the Century during the 2008/2009 Season. He returns to the Goodman where he has appeared in King Lear, Zoot Suit and The House of Martin Guerre. Other Chicago credits include numerous appearances at Chicago Shakespeare Theater in such shows as Julius Caesar, Passion, A Flea in Her Ear, A Little Night Music, the title role in Macbeth and most recently The Comedy of Errors; lead roles in Who’s Afraid Of Virginia Woolf, My Fair Lady and The School for Wives at the Court Theatre; and the musicals 1776 and The King and I at the Marriott Theatre in Lincolnshire. Other Chicago credits include shows at Northlight Theatre, Victory Gardens Theater, Remy Bumppo Theatre Company, Writer’s Theatre, Apple Tree Theatre, National Jewish Theatre, Briar Street Theatre and Wisdom Bridge Theatre in Hamlet directed by Robert Falls. International stage appearances include Pacific Overtures at the Donmar Warehouse in London, Henry IV Parts One and Two at the Swan Theatre for the Royal Shakespeare Company; and five seasons with the Stratford Shakespeare Festival in Canada in plays such as Twelfth Night, Oedipus Rex and Three Sisters. Film credits include While You Were Sleeping, Home Alone III, Poker House and Baby On Board. Television credits include Early Edition (CBS), Crime Story (NBC) and The Untouchables. Mr. Gudahl is a recipient of the Jeff Award and the After Dark Award; and he is a verse coach with Chicago Shakespeare Theater.
