Artist Bio
Kevin Asselin
(Bio as of May 2007)
Kevin Asselin most recently appeared at the Goodman in Oedipus Complex during the 2006/2007 Season. Other Chicago credits include The Three Musketeers, Short Shakespeare! Macbeth, Romeo and Juliet, A Little Night Music, Short Shakespeare! Romeo and Juliet, As You Like It, The School For Scandal and The Two Gentlemen of Verona, all with Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Credits also include work with Steppenwolf, Famous Door, Shakespeare on the Green, Dolphinback Theatre, Defiant Theatre, Rising Moon Theatre and Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Regionally he has worked with Summer Shakespeare at Notre Dame, five seasons with Montana Shakespeare in the park, Papermill Theatre, Struthers Library Theatre, Illinois Repertory and this fall with the Offsquare Theatre Company in Jackson, Wyoming. Kevin holds his MFA in acting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
