Artist Bio

Kelly Howe teaches at Loyola University Chicago and is a board member/past president of Pedagogy and Theatre of the Oppressed (PTO). She has staged, written, edited, translated, and/or organized a variety of projects, most of them at the intersection of political theatre and liberatory education.
