Artist Bio
Joanna Lynne Staub
(Bio as of May 2022)
Joanna Lynne Staub (Sound Designer) returns to the Goodman, where she previously worked on Bernhart/Hamlet and How to Catch Creation. Off-Broadway credits include work with The Public Theater, Ensemble Studio Theatre and New York Theatre Workshop. Regional theater credits include work with La Jolla Playhouse, 5th Avenue Theatre, Seattle REP, Oregon Shakespeare Festival and Alliance Theatre. Classical credits include work with St. Louis Symphony and New Jersey Symphony Orchestra. Television credits include NBC Live’s The Sound of Music; Peter Pan and The Wiz. She was a 2022 GRAMMY-Nominated recording engineer for her work on the Cast Album Snapshots. Joanna also has extensive credits associate designing and engineering Broadway and national touring companies. She holds degrees from Ithaca College and the University of Illinois. JLSSound.com
