Artist Bio

Jeremy Schaefer is a writer, storyteller, and improvisor currently serving as the Artistic Director of Chicago’s Imagination Theater. As a Storyteller, Jeremy has performed at The Side Project Theatre, This Much Is True, You’re Being Ridiculous, and The Acorn Theater, Story Sessions, Chicago Solo Theatre, and many other stages around the Midwest.  He tours elementary schools with original storytelling assemblies for Urban Gateways and has brought multiple solo shows to the IndyFringe Festival.  He currently co-produces The Sidesplitter at Laugh Out Loud Chicago.
