Artist Bio
DeRon S. Williams

DeRon S. Williams, he/him (Assistant Dramaturg) makes his Goodman debut. Chicago dramaturgy credits include Trouble in Mind (Timeline Theatre) and Boulevard of Bold Dreams (Timeline Theatre). Chicago associate director credits include Trouble in Mind (Timeline Theatre). Regional directing credit consists of The Lil’ Flo and Big Moe Show! (Hartford Stage). Williams is an assistant professor of theatre and student dramaturgy supervisor at Loyola University Chicago. He holds a BA in Theatre from Albany State University (GA), an MA in Arts Administration from Eastern Michigan University and a PhD in Theatre from Texas Tech University.
