Derek Hasenstab
(Bio as of May 2007)
Derek Hasenstab most recently appeared at the Goodman in Oedipus Complex during the 2006/2007 Season. Chicago credits include Sunday in the Park with George at Chicago Shakespeare Theater; Cloud Nine, and A Home at the End of the World at About Face Theater; Phyro Giants!, Dealer’s Choice, Ecstasy, and Was at Roadworks Productions; Hitting for the Cycle and Pride’s Crossing at Famous Door Theatre; Scientific Romances at Next Theatre; The Foreigner and I Hate Hamlet at Drury Lane Oakbrook; and Company at Pegasus Players. Regional credits include Metamorphoses at Mark Taper Forum. Most recently he has performed the role of Zazu in the Broadway National Tour of The Lion King, which included two long runs in Chicago.
