Artist Bio
Chris Kipiniak
(Bio as of June 2001)
Chris Kipiniak most recently appeared at the Goodman in Wit during the 2000/2001 Season. Previous Goodman credits include Mary Zimmerman’s adaptation of The Odyssey. He also appeared in Ms. Zimmerman’s adaptation of Ovid’s Metamorphoses for Lookingglass Theatre Company, which later toured to Berkeley Repertory, Seattle Repertory and the Mark Taper Forum. Mr. Kipiniak’s New York credits include Winterbirds at the Judith Anderson Theatre; Kit Marlowe at the Joseph Papp Public Theatre; and Stalled, a collection of three one-act plays which he also wrote and produced, at the Kraine Theatre. After graduating from Northwestern University, Mr. Kipiniak appeared in various off-Loop productions and independent films, including the features Three Flat and The Secret. He is currently a freelance writer working with Marvel Comics.
