Artist Bio
Cecilie O’Reilly
(Bio as of May 2010)
Cecilie O’Reilly most recently collaborated with the Goodman on The Good Negro during the 2009/2010 Season. Ms. O’Reilly was dialect coach for Magnolia at the Goodman last season. During the past year she was dialect coach for Awake and Sing at Northlight Theatre and American Buffalo, Fake and Up at Steppenwolf Theatre Company, where she was also dialect coach for the Tony Award-winning August: Osage County, Superior Donuts, The Seafarer and Dublin Carol. Ms. O’Reilly was dialect coach for The Seafarer at Milwaukee Repertory Theater. She is an Associate Professor at Columbia College Chicago where she is coordinator of the Voice Program of the Theatre Department.
