Artist Bio
Bethany Caputo
Bethany Caputo is new to Chicago, appearing previously at the Goodman in the New Stages Series reading of The Frugal Repast and most recently in Chicago Shakespeare’s The Merchant of Venice as Jessica. Other regional credits include the premiere of Shakespeare in Hollywood at Arena Stage; Miss Y in The Stronger at the Eugene O’Neill Theatre Center; and Maggie in the Actors’ Ensemble production of Painting Churches. She recently appeared in a documentary on the teachings of Michael Chekhov, partially funded by the National Endowment of the Arts and produced by the Michael Chekhov Association.
