Benjamin Heppner

Benjamin Heppner, he/they (Percussion/Guitar) is a musician and educator based in Chicago. In theater, he has worked with Paramount Theater, Drury Lane Theater, Music Theater Works, Writers Theater, Peninsula Players Theater, Metropolis Theater and Theo Ubique Cabaret Theater, among others. Heppner serves as percussion director at Wheaton Warrenville South High School. His debut folk-inspired album, is set to release in fall of 2025 under his project name RIVERUN. When not performing or teaching, Heppner enjoys writing songs, reading and occasionally arguing with metronomes. IG: @ben_heppner1
