Alison Siple

Alison Siple returns to the Goodman Theatre, where her previous costume credits include Ask Aunt Susan and The Hypocrites’ The Hairy Ape for the Goodman’s A Global Exploration: Eugene O’Neill in the 21st Century. Chicago credits include The How and the Why at Timeline Theatre; The Tennessee Williams Project, The Mikado, Ivywild, Cabaret (Jeff Award), Leonce und Lena (Jeff Award) and Sophocles Seven Sicknesses at The Hypocrites; The Mystery of Irma Vep (Jeff Award) at Court Theatre; Lord of the Flies at Steppenwolf Theatre for Young Adults; Time and the Conways (Jeff Award) at the Griffin Theatre and Motortown and Fallow at Steep Theatre. New York credits include Our Town (Barrow Street Theatre) and The 4th Graders Present an Unnamed Love Suicide (The Hypocrites at 59e59). Regionally she has worked on The Pirates of Penzance (Actors Theatre of Louisville and American Repertory Theatre) and Our Town (Huntington Theatre Company and The Broad Stage). Ms. Siple was one of 12 Chicago artists to receive a 3Arts Grant in 2011. She is a graduate of Northwestern University and a company member of The Hypocrites, an artistic associate with Lookingglass Theatre Company and an associate company member of Steep Theatre.
