School Matinee Series

FOR CHICAGOLAND HIGH SCHOOLS

Students experience Goodman Theatre productions free of charge through the School Matinee Series (SMS), the Goodman’s flagship Education program. Participating Chicago high schools receive standards-based teacher professional development, arts-integrated curriculum across subject areas, production-specific study guides, and tickets to Goodman Student Matinees.

Stage Chemistry

FOR SCHOOL MATINEE SERIES PARTICIPATING HIGH SCHOOLS

Students and teachers explore the intersection of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics through Goodman Theatre’s Stage Chemistry program. Participating classrooms receive standards-aligned, arts-integrated curriculum, hands-on workshops, and access to a virtual library of resources that can be downloaded and used at their convenience.
