From whimsical accessories to show-stopping gowns—each handcrafted by costume artists—you’ll discover unique treasures from past Goodman productions. Whether you’re hunting for a one-of-a-kind conversation piece, the perfect Halloween costume or a keepsake from a century of storytelling, this is your chance to bring Goodman history home.
Productions showcased in the sale include An Italian Straw Hat (1964), A Little Night Music (1994), The Light in the Piazza (2004), Turn of the Century (2008, directed by ten-time Tony Award winner Tommy Tune), The Little Foxes (2015), A Christmas Carol (2017-2019, 2024; a Chicago holiday tradition for nearly half a century), The Santaland Diaries (2018), The Music Man (2019, directed by Goodman Artistic Associate and 1998 MacArthur Fellow Mary Zimmerman), A Winter’s Tale (2019), The Notebooks of Leonardo DaVinci (2022, also directed by Zimmerman), The Matchbox Magic Flute (2024, also directed by Zimmerman) and The Penelopiad (2024, directed by Susan V. Booth).
