The National Endowment for the Arts and The Graphic Arts Studio present a No Limits production, Silent NO MORE, a collection of inspiring life stories by individuals with hearing loss.
Silent NO MORE, a theatrical documentary, has been performed across the country with cast members with hearing loss, sharing their inspiring stories to sold-out audiences and earning rave reviews, including performances at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Carnegie Hall. All productions have been followed by a Q&A session between the audience and cast, comprised of deaf, speak/deaf sign individuals and the general public. These discussions have sparked a positive conversation about the needs of both communities and how to join efforts. This powerful production is revolutionizing the landscape of individuals with hearing loss by giving them the platform to be heard while audience members unanimously share that the production inspired, informed and entertained them so much that they would return for another production.
This project is supported in part by an award from the National Endowment for the Arts. To find out more about how the National Endowment for the Arts grands impact individuals and communities, visit Arts.Gov.
