    Our Members will be among the first to know about the final production as part of the Owen Theatre Membership.

     

    Will I get my same seats for every performance?

    We expect to be able to provide our loyal members with seats you’re accustomed to for our Albert Theatre membership. Depending on evolving guidance from the City of Chicago, the State of Illinois and the CDC, we may need to make adjustments to your seats and will communicate that to you when sending out tickets.

    Our Owen Theatre membership will be general admission seating by floor, as in years past.

     

    When/How will I receive my membership tickets?

    Member tickets will be distributed via email three weeks in advance of the start of each play.

    We expect to distribute membership tickets on a show-by-show basis to ensure our patrons are sat according to the most current safety and health regulations. If you don’t currently receive emails from Goodman Theatre, please reach out to MemberServices@GoodmanTheatre.org with your preferred email so we can ensure you receive your tickets.

     

    What Are Your Current Safety Protocols?

    Please visit GoodmanTheatre.org/Protocols for information on the most up-to-date attendance guidelines and policies in place to ensure the well-being of our audiences. We’ll provide the latest protocols to our members when we deliver your tickets for each production.
