Tom Hardy

Tom Hardy most recently appeared at the Goodman in The Long Red Road during the 2009/2010 Season. Other theatre credits include Festen at Almeida Theatre; Man of Mode, directed by Nicholas Hytner at National Theatre; and Blood and In Arabia, We’d All Be Kings at the Royal Court Theatre, for which he received the London Evening Standard Theatre Award for Outstanding Newcomer and a nomination for The Laurence Olivier Award for Most Promising Newcomer. Mr. Hardy’s film and television credits include the role of Heathcliff in the Masterpiece Classic retelling of Wuthering Heights, the role of Bill Sykes in Oliver Twist for BBC and the role of Stuart Shorter in Stuart: A Life Backwards for BBC (BAFTA Award nomination). He starred opposite Gerard Butler in Guy Ritchie’s RocknRolla and as Charlie Bronson in Nicolas Winding Refn’s Bronson (British Independent Film Award). He recently completed Warrior for Lions Gate, as well as Christopher Nolan’s Inception starring with Leonardo DiCaprio. He also appears in George Miller’s upcoming film Fury Road with Charlize Theron.
