Mamie-Duncan Gibbs most recently appeared at the Goodman in Purlie during the 2005/2006 Season. Broadway and National touring credits include: Chicago; Kiss Me, Kate; Jelly’s Last Jam; Cats; Sweet Charity (directed by Bob Fosse); Damn Yankees (with Jerry Lewis); Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat; and Liza Steppin’ Out at Radio City. Regionally she has appeared in: Sweet Charity at the Darien Playhouse; Bubbling Brown Sugar at Crossroads Theater; The Hot Mikado at the Fords Theatre; One Touch of Venus at Goodspeed Opera House; and Sophisticated Ladies with Mercer Ellington and the Duke Ellington Orchestra at the Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City. She is currently the executive/artistic director of Youth Theatre Interactions, Inc., a performing arts school in Yonkers, New York.
