John Hines

John Hines most recently appeared at the Goodman in Magnolia during the 2008/2009 Season. He returns to the Goodman where he previously appeared in Richard II. New York theater credits include the Broadway production of Enchanted April. Off-Broadway credits include Labor Day at Manhattan Theatre Club, Black Snow at Judith Anderson Theatre, Spring Awakening at NYPW and Arsenic and Old Lace for “Voices” at New York City Center. Mr. Hines’ regional credits include Betrayal, The Way of the World, The Psychic Life of Savages, The Skin of Our Teeth and the U.S. premiere of Pentecost at Yale Repertory Theatre; The Circle and Major Barbara at South Coast Repertory; The Invisible Man and Enchanted April at The Cleveland Play House; The Royal Family, All the Way Home, Freesailing, Hard Times and What Alice Found There at Williamstown Theatre Festival; and the premiere of Enchanted April at Hartford Stage Company, among others. Film credits include The Tao of Steve, 54, The Devil and Daniel Webster with Anthony Hopkins, Four Lane Highway and The Money Shot. Television credits include Sex and the City (HBO), Law & Order (NBC) and Spin City (CBS).
